Horrible pain, again!!
I’ve tried painkillers, hot water bottle,
yoga
, a swim, listening to greensleeves while i poop (sorry tmi) and absolutely nothing is helping. I work as a paramedic so taking time off of work to go to the docs is something I have to plan quite far in advance.

5th week of my 5-week Running and Workout Plan coming up!
But there are still Pilates and
Yoga
workouts. - 🧟♀️ a return to the Zombies, Run! app, continuing the story of runner 5 (yes, that’s me... or you ... or anyone joining us in Zombies, Run!).

Mobility and stretch
I attend a gym and after my weights class there is a new class similar to
yoga
, named mobility and stretch. First time going today, willing to give anything a chance this time. Has anyone else tried
yoga
or similar?

BINGO! Weather report, new records & rewards
Inspired by lexi6 I did manage to get my
yoga
mat out a couple of times, finishing with some happy babies & voicing my frustration wah wah wah 😫😫😫. And so that was how I missed my 3rd run of the week, an easy 3 miles. Last night I told myself tomorrow whatever the weather we are running.

Any advice? Starting PD at home in 2 weeks...
I’m really interested to know if anyone out there still is comfortable walking/exercising/
yoga
with fluid in their belly. I really appreciate any advice or how anyone’s experience has been for them when first starting home PD. ❤️

1st post couch to 5k run
So was booked at the gym this evening for a couple of hours while the wife was partaking in a
yoga
session so decided I’d try the treadmill. It was too hot for an outdoor run. Quite pleased with myself managed the whole 30 minutes at 10km/hour.

Finished week 2 of magic plan and now for some compulsory rest
But, I have had some calf pain and began a religious programme of stretching - it feels better after a run /
yoga
/stretches so I think this is the right approach. But rest was coming for me as now have a blasted cold and am doing nothing!!

Struggling to accept my T
I’ve taken up regular meditation and
yoga
but nothing seems to help. It started in my left ear following a viral infection which was a constant boiler noise which changed to a hissing/high pitched ringing.

My solution for RL
These
yoga
exercise have a lot in common with the exercises Liebster und Bracht show. In yinyoga you keep a position for at least 2 minutes to get into the deeper tissues. So I looked for the legsstretching positions in
yoga
like downward dog, boat, dangling, etc and made my own routine.

Anxiety & Heart palpitations
Few things which I tried & it’s helpful - - meditation &
yoga
- exercise - already lost 5kg - bath during sleep - tracked my health with health tracking and all seems well. The harshest reality is I know that am alright & my brain needs some love, care & compassion.

Prep for FET help please
So I'm doing my normal researching into everything 😂 Looking on here you've all suggested, pomegranate juice, beetroot juice, raspberry leaf tea, nuts, hot water bottle, fluffy socks,
yoga
, vitamin e and l'arginine to help with lining. How much in advance did you do these?
