Prep'ing for my Ocrecus infusion tomorrow
I've signed up for a
Yoga
Relaxation class instead. If all goes well like last time, I'll drive myself to and back from the hospital and Sunday I'll have a steroid high. Nothing to complain about.

Elavil causing brain fog ? Treatment for fibromyalgia needed
Partial relief from my symptoms comes temporarily from aerobic exercise and
yoga
. Anyone else have these issues? Is Elavil causing you brain fog? Any help would be much appreciated.

Pred alternative for PMR
This along with restorative
yoga
, low weights & a stationary recumbent bike seems to be working. My right shoulder does have some limitations: however, it had atrophied prior to diagnosis and may never come back all the way although definitely useable.

any thoughts about Davallia formosana for PCa?
I have shifted to whole foods, plant based, with limited use of dairy (some cheese and ice cream) diet and lots of exercise (about 2 hours daily, walking and
yoga
). For the last two years I have been using IP-6 (30 grams daily).

How Chronic Illness Patients Can Cope with Seasonal Affective Disorder and Depression During COVID-19
“For some people, it’s exercise-based like walking or
yoga
, while for some people it’s a mindfulness practice like deep breathing,” he continues. “Other people are more thought-driven and may engage more in psychotherapy.”

Not feeling 'The Magic' today. The gremlins almost got the better of me....
I did my usual
yoga
, pilates and plenty lovely dog walks on the days in between. I can't quite say why this run was so hard. I was well warmed up and hydrated so my legs didn't feel heavy, but I was so hot and it just felt such a push the whole way round.

Have you tried insoles?
I’ve had a tough time with injury this year and now I’m back to almost full fitness I’m trying anything to help prevent a recurrence including several pairs of new running shoes, support socks,
yoga
, running only on grass and diet to keep the weight off.

PD, Knee Arthritis/Meniscus Tears & Hip Bursitis: Is their an Intersection?
Seven months ago I developed knee pain (arthritis and meniscus tears), had lots of non-invasive treatments that didn't work, and much of my exercise routine diminished (hiking, walking,
yoga
).

Need something to do on the non-run day--Yoga?
Can anybody recommend somewhere to teach me
Yoga
in the Camborne/Redruth area with sessions that fit in with a regular working life? I am loving the running but need to look after my flexibility because basically I am as flexible as a scaffold pole--the reactive arthritis doesn't help!

September Scampers...New Quest...Week 4...🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️
This for me, now, is a bit of of an issue, as I have eased right back now and have adjusted my goals...more strength work and limited running... with plenty of rest, a new eating regime to get some weight back on and a bit more time for myself with some mindfulness sessions and a tad more

Easy 4k and lesson learnt!
I found a "
yoga
for hikers" session on Alomoves which was brilliant for strength (because all the the runners ones seemed to only be for stretching after an actual run) and finally today I went out for my first easy 4k round the block with no pain at all. Delighted.

I do some
yoga
type stretching after the runs (just done 2!) and was not sure if I should complete all the recommended knee exercises in one go or just a few each time? Any tips v welcome. Reading other posts is such an encouragement!
