Had a couple of days off last week as had a niggle in my hip ( have had this before just call it old lady hip) think I was going too fast! So just walked a couple of days now completed week 3 feeling good, pacing myself much better and really happy with how it’s all going been doing a walk afterward to warm down and a couple of yoga hip stretches after and no more hip niggles happy days! My challenge to get back to loving running is definitely becoming a reality! 😉👌🏻
