Yoga practice
I have been trying to be as consistent with my
yoga
practice as I am with meditating, and it has serious benefits for me. The only trouble is that the calm after the flow seems to be very short-lived... any tips on how to prolong this serene, rested feeling?

Nursing school is giving me anxiety.
I am trying to do
yoga
every morning but sometimes I just feel so drained and unmotivated. I have days where I do not want to do anything. I was so excited to learn everything I need to know to become a great nurse but now I just want to be done so badly.

4 weeks until Run In The Dark 10k!!
I also do weights, spin and
yoga
. I am doing my first ever 10k on 18th Nov. The Run in the Dark virtually 👍🏻 Yesterday I did 8k in 55mins and felt okay after. If I follow the magic plan will I do a 5K tomorrow? And should I aim to be a faster one- I normally take about 33mins to do it 😎🏃🏽♀️

CR5: Cold-day run (‘naked’; chatting)
(Pilates and
yoga
experience come in handy here.) We don’t yet have the fuller rearward stride, and not sure about ‘cycling’ legs. Our cadence is ok-ish. We’re probably still closer to Tanaka’s niko niko steps. Need more practice, but it’s really interesting to experiment with form.

Cryoablation feedback after six months.
So to sum up, for the sporty ablation patient, I was able to the following at these stages (and the Arrythmia nurses reassured me that I was doing the right thing by being active) Pilates,
yoga
, stretching after 4 weeks, Weight training, lighter than usual, after 5 weeks, Electric bike after 9 weeks,

Not feeling great ..
I’ve done everything I can to get myself into a good and healthy mindset -

, pilates, healthy eating, lots of walking, lots of me time, meditation, reflexology, acupuncture etc. (Really, I’ll try anything!)
