đ I think I have found my favourite Pilates-for-knees workout, a short 23 min session with Cailin Santos from MVTM

đĽAnd I did have to think hard why I liked this one the best, as all workouts this week have been great. So here the reasons I came up with why this one was a tad above the others:
- as a tech geek I have to admit being dazzled by the technical looking, strange Pilates beds, which simply look impressive and professional! But itâs not all looks:
- Cailin makes sure to alternate legs sufficiently to not feel the burn too much
- Her poses (I believe) are clear Pilates and not as much Yoga
- It doesnât have downward dog or childâs pose
- It doesnât require you to lie on your belly, which strangely enough is difficult for my knee caps
- Itâs only 23min, so very easy to add to any other workout session
- It uses a foam roller.... I love a good foam roller!
- Itâs part of a whole series of Pilates for Pain Relief

đ She has at the moment a live series of outdoor âThe Mountains are Callingâ 10-day Pilates for Beginners series, and it looks good! Itâs all filmed in gorgeous outdoor mountains (North Carolina) and I so miss my outdoor gym! I might just throw away my carefully crafted workout plan move on to that one!

P.s. and what do you know, after a 5 day focus on knees with daily Pilates or Yoga sessions, my knee has stopped hurting, so tomorrow I might try and go back to Day 1 of JuJuâs Magic Plan!
