Hi there, I injured my left shoulder last June, as we are aware, NHS is too buys with covid19 patients. Therefore physiotherapy is not available to non complicated cases. I have started the Couch to 5k a month ago, but I find it hard, because I had to slow down due to my left shoulder hurting and lack of my yoga, swimming and tai chi practice. It is amazing how we lose our shape and strength when we stop our physical activities. I am trying little by little to regain my strength and following some of the physio exercises available on the NHS webpage. I wonder if there are other people who have had this injury before and if there is a magic cure for narrowing of the ACJ - acromioscapular Joint. I am still pressing on trying to achieve the Couch to 5k. I am still on the second week and little by little I hope to get there. Many Thanks. Tai Chi
