I've always been one to go out and be social and do new things, in fact I love it. I recently stopped a weed addiction about a month ago and since then I started experiencing random but consistant panic attacks, is that normal?!
Like I'll usually have one around 1:30 everyday and sometimes I'll wake uo around 5am to one out of no where!
I'm trying yoga and meditation to try and prevent them, but I want to know if itll be permanent, I'm pretty worried

Hey there! I’d say that’s normal. How long ago did you quit? I know that sounds CRAZY because you probably feel like you’re crawling out of your skin, but the truth of the matter is your brain is likely trying to find a way to get the relaxation from the high in the same ways as you used to. Are you finding that you’re anxiety spikes at the same times you used to smoke?
From what I’ve seen sleep and anxiety are the first two things effected by marijuana withdrawal. Definitely look at some testimonials online for people who have kicked it, I would bet that they experienced much of the same issues you are now.
You’re in complete control, don’t worry a bit! Be patient, take care of yourself, and give your body time to adjust.
Awesome. Yeah its definitely taking some getting used to. Now that I think about it, what you're saying sort of makes sense, I might have the attacks around the times I've toked. I'll definitely need some time for adjustment. Thank you for the wisdom!
