Making Good Choices can Pay Off.
I go for a walk every day and regularly engage in gentle
yoga
for osteoporosis. Both of these activities help to develop some muscle tone, improve balance and increase joint mobility...all of which in turn are important for maintaining strength, endurance and mobility.

Fine with me and my Japanese slow running and
Yoga
. But so this morning I had the chance and put a plan thought out prior in action and add 50% more T3 to my medication to support the running and ensure headaches are not related to T3 depletion.

Too much Levothyroxine and GPs/endocrinologist in Windsor/Maidenhead & Berkshire.
The beginning of 2021 I was running and practising
yoga
regularly and felt great. Another GP at the surgery phoned me in January 2021 in a panic (and panicked me) to tell me my TSH levels were off the scale. Told me to come off natural glandular and increase Levo to 100 mg.

AV node ablation
Do
yoga
. It's getting me down now as I find I am limited on what I can do exercise wise. Some days I cant walk my dog My cardiologist says an AV node ablation might be the way forward. I dont tolerate the usual drugs well but am on Apixaban with no problems.

Yoga anyone?
I tried
yoga
once but really struggled in the class due to the bending down when my head goes below my heart. Any thoughts on different types of
yoga
or indeed any thoughts on how to do something similar without feeling the need to pass out.

Is a hysterectomy inevitable?
I feel so helpless -has anyone found anything that works, diet, exercise,
yoga
, counselling, acupuncture. All the medical evidence is so deflating - i.e. nothing officially works :(

Free for All on Friday
Does anyone else remember the night classes which were often held in local schools and which I attended for so many courses over the years, - pottery, art, writing and
yoga
to name a few, but now when I look, it's all held within higher education establishments, miles away and costing hundreds of pounds

I am looking forward to getting stuck into a daily Pilates practice replacing my current daily
Yoga
. For a long time I couldnāt decide which one I should really invest my efforts into. So next month I will replace my daily
yoga
with a daily Pilates. After that! Weāll just have to see!

VWBs: What apps do you use for S&F
Yoga
Poses is a little app I sought out to give me a quick visual dictionary of what all the
Yoga
poses are called! I do
yoga
(as most of you will know) with YWA YOUTUBE videos, but when describing flows, I often need to look up their name.
