I love to practice yoga

I’ve recently taken up yoga. Got interested last year as a way to cope with it being a confusing year. I’m not as flexible as I would like but one way I modify it is doing adaptive or chair yoga. I learned the moon salutation from YouTube videos and that’s now one of my favorites.

I started trying yoga. It seems with my work schedules I don't seem to have time to keep on going. It was good for starting out and helped with flexability. With my schedule I get too tired to do it anymore. I need more ambition to do it again.

Yoga is wonderful! I am in PT for my back right now but as soon as that is done I am going to start doing yoga with my mom.

Yoga is pretty much the best! It can help with so many health issues!

I encourage you to just notice what your body can do today. What is challenging but not a strain? Try not to make a judgment on your flexibility and just listen to what your body needs today.
