Our sister forum Strength and Flex is about to start next month’s of YWA Yoga. These Youtube based workouts, provided free by Adriene Michler as part of her YWA offer, have proven to be popular with many on these forums.

So why not join us over there, both experienced Yogis wanting to join in with a short daily practice, or beginning Yogis. The sessions are perfect for both, and as they are Youtube sessions, they are flexible to do at any time of the day, inside or outside, alone in your bedroom or with your partner.

Our post over at the Strength and Flex forum is below, so just save the linked post in order to get any notifications and we will hopefully see you on our collective mat!
