Good morning and happy Sunday!

Good morning, everyone! So I've been thinking about "rest days" and things I can do in between runs to keep active. I don't like yoga or pilates, I just don't have the room for it either so I'm thinking about getting an exercise bike. Do any of you have any recommendations?

Cycling is an excellent complement to your running as it will improve blood flow in your legs, develop musculature and work on your cardio fitness, but you may need a plan, equivalent to C25K to break yourself in gently. Be careful not to do too much to start with.

A two wheeled bicycle is an excellent, environmentally friendly means of transport.
