Our sister forum Strength and Flex is about to start next month’s of YWA Yoga. These Youtube based workouts, provided free by Adriene Michler as part of her YWA offer, have proven to be popular with many runners on these forums.

So why not join us over there, both experienced Yogis wanting to join in with a short daily practice, or beginning Yogis. The sessions are perfect for both, and as they are Youtube sessions, they are flexible to do at any time of the day, inside or outside, alone in your bedroom or with your partner.

Our post over at the Strength and Flex forum is below, so just save the linked post in order to get any notifications and we will hopefully see you on our collective mat!

Thanks for the post. I need to do more strength and flexibility exercises, as well as some stress relief, but I've been struggling to motivate myself. I will certainly be joining in

Fabulous!!! 👍🏽👏😃🧘🏼‍♂️

I have done some yoga a while back (like 2 years or so ago). But unfortunately there is too much bending and leaning down with your head in yoga as well as ground exercises, which are just a no no for me. Just bending down (head down) gives me headaches / migraines easily and with ground exercises I quickly get neck issues. So even though I wish I could join because I believe yoga has many benefits, unfortunately I can't for my health.

I think I better look further into tai chi practices, as that generally does not involve ground nor bending.

Yeah, I know what you mean with the inversions.

Having said that, you possibly would have loved today’s session as it does not have any. See youtu.be/Za6dH2-afqQ

But yeah, tai chi is much more upright.

Inversions, that's hanging upside down with your head? I do like to think my English is ok (mother language is Flemish), but sometimes I get caught unawares with things like this 😜. Will check the video out later today!
