Pain Clinics
I have paid for a private micro decompression surgery to try to help me walk, a second opinion on my back by an orthopaedic surgeon who just wanted to operate and straighten my spine with rods, a chiropractor who x-rayed my spine, an osteopath, bought a riser/recliner and heat pad, paid for a Chair

So I settled for a bit of
yoga
, some pilates, meditating in the theatre's quiet space, then stretching on the floor of the green room, as actors are entirely used to the strange behaviour of fellow humans ... So today was my delayed running day.

You've got to walk a little, talk a little... sit in the sun and rest a little...
I have always enjoyed
yoga
, but not a fanatic, but have done classes , in the past... I have done many of the YWA challenges too, posted for us by @CBDB...and currently, I am finding
yoga
very helpful and versatile too.

update for my post *sensitive* Ectopic Pregnancy
The advice was to do
yoga
(believe it or not) and stretch. He suggested to use deep heat but I donāt like that idea so will use oil instead. I had my scan on Thursday and there is a heartbeat and baby is in the right place.

Anxiety Strategies
Leaving herbal type remedies (along with Music, Meditation,
Yoga
, Massage, etc) looking like a good option. Wonder what some of you good people have found works for this? The article listed a few like Ginko Biloba, Lavender, Passion Flower. Thoughts appreciated! Best wishes, Andy

People of HealthUnlocked: Tinnitus: A Tyrant and Teacher
A lot of the things that keep me well, mostly
yoga
and meditation, involve silence. When I first developed tinnitus these became excruciating to the point where I gave up meditation completely and left
yoga
classes feeling distraught.
