Week 1 run 1 done -again!
Back to it today 😁 I got as far as week 2 run 1 last time, then had terrible knee pain for a good couple of weeks 🙁 After starting
yoga
, having gait analysis and new running shoes to help with my overproduction, I've completed this morning's run, albeit on a treadmill, and I am so glad I have!

Has anyone done any exercise/group classes

Pilates during the cycle? Also, anyone has got any tips for make last attempt successful! I am vegan and trying to eat healthily and no processed food but still struggling to loose. Many thanks

Managing even more stress when I have GCA
I do half hour of

every day & have been doing

for relaxation & stress & am doing a lot of deep breathing to calm myself. That is helping me & I'm going to start doing more regular walking ( I've dropped off recently). My mind is so full & I don't think my head can take much more.

Blistering pace ... 🐌 ... Week 6, Run 1

, some warmup stretches, extreme application of plasters, and then off I went. I didn't want to stop after 5 and was frustrated to stop after 8, but I went with the programme and got through the runs in the mid-twenties, pre-8 o'clock heat.

I am off Pred since April, but do I still have PMR?
I always feel that I may fall over. 15 minutes a day of gentle

seems to help. I am left wondering, do I still have PMR, or is it old age (78 years) ? Since having PMR I feel as though I have aged ten years.

I reached to the MS neuro, she basically recommended Gabapentin and Meclizine again, and told I can schedule if further discussion is needed (she has no slots until October) I do everything to avoid the symptoms (exercise, plant-based whole-food diet, Pilates,

12 Yoga Positions - Significant improvement
