Duloxetine - cold turkey and afterwards?
I aim to restart my
yoga
& meditation practices & am trying to get help to clear a dedicated space in the house for this, but are there any other therapies, or natural foods or supplements you have found that have helped you live with our, up until now, incurable illness?

Feeling anxious hopeless desperate and overwhelmed, sad
I thought I did everything I could for the last cycle in terms of vitamins, diet, acupuncture and
yoga
etc I was offered calcium ionophore at the last minute for our 4 eggs and agreed to this add on. Not much information on was given to us but I decided to go for it.

Diagnosis of Pudendal Neuralgia - 43, Female, Asia
In the long run, I hope to be able to get off medicines and shift to physio,
yoga
, meditation to manage the pain. I am wondering if any of you with a sudden onset of PN due to an infection have had an instance of the PN disappearing as quickly as it came?

Yoga class
If anyone lives in the DFW area of Texas and is interested in
yoga
to help with movement and balance let me know. . My
yoga
instructor has done a bit of learning and has helped me a lot. Would like to get some more folks in the class to see if it offers benefits to others, I am sure it will.

At the risk of being wrong...
It is a form of Yin
Yoga
, which means you stay in a position for anywhere from 5-15 minutes. The position that helps is Supta Baddha Konasana or Supine Bound Angle Lying on your back, bend the knees and bring the bottoms of the feet together.

Managing even more stress when I have GCA
I do half hour of
yoga
every day & have been doing
yoga
for relaxation & stress & am doing a lot of deep breathing to calm myself. That is helping me & I'm going to start doing more regular walking ( I've dropped off recently). My mind is so full & I don't think my head can take much more.

NRC 10k Plan: Week 5 Run 1 - quick or what?
I did a Nike Training Club gentle workout, '10-minute
Yoga
: Lower Body Restorative Sequence'. It was lovely, so relaxing and managed to ease a load of achy hip muscles I'd never been aware of before. With the extra break I was ready to go this morning.

11 weeks to go
I started the day with 10 minutes morning
yoga
, moved on to washing my car, hoovered it out and polished it inside. Cut the grass, then cut the grass out the back which is much bigger. 11 weeks to go and a 15 minutes recovery run. We went along the river and boy it's hot.
