It's so hot out there. I started the day with 10 minutes morning yoga, moved on to washing my car, hoovered it out and polished it inside. Cut the grass, then cut the grass out the back which is much bigger.
11 weeks to go and a 15 minutes recovery run. We went along the river and boy it's hot. My neighbour ran another week 2 run and we chatted and came back home to sit on the decking and eat an ice cream, which sounds way posher than it is.
Rest day tomorrow, I'm meeting a friend at the beach.

Thank you, yesterday's yoga made my shoulders ache, or maybe it was carrying buckets if water 😂 luckily I've only a swim this morning and collect a friend from the airport this evening 😃 the rest of the day is mine. Enjoy your day Floss xxx
You’re right about the heat Sola, it’s too much! When I run at the moment I go out about 6.30am to try and beat it! But well done on getting out there after a very busy morning and enjoy the beach tomorrow - I think you’ve earned it!
Beach was today thanks and swim lovely, I've just sat and planned a long run for tomorrow but will swim again after, I'm loving this weather, enjoy your run tomorrow too
