It's so hot out there. I started the day with 10 minutes morning yoga, moved on to washing my car, hoovered it out and polished it inside. Cut the grass, then cut the grass out the back which is much bigger.
11 weeks to go and a 15 minutes recovery run. We went along the river and boy it's hot. My neighbour ran another week 2 run and we chatted and came back home to sit on the decking and eat an ice cream, which sounds way posher than it is.
Rest day tomorrow, I'm meeting a friend at the beach.
