Creons dosage advice
Much like many of you, Ive been fobbed off in the past when I have been desperately ill, told to go away and do some
yoga
/ it’s menopause etc,. I live with the consequences of indifference / diagnosis via CT scan or statistics .

NRC 10k Plan run 3, a glitch in the Matrix
Yesterday was a rest day so I surprised myself and did the Nike Training Club 5 minutes runners
yoga
warm up stretches. Wish I could do those one legged lunge things as gracefully as the coach! Today was a beautiful cold and sunny morning for run 3, the speed run.

Hello hello... and a query
I had a good few years when I did a
yoga
practice, just 10 minutes or so usually, just about every single day, first thing, before going downstairs... until in fact Google was unwell and needed me to take her downstairs first.

Blistering pace ... 🐌 ... Week 6, Run 1
. 🤷♂️ So - 30 minutes of Adrienne
Yoga
, some warmup stretches, extreme application of plasters, and then off I went. I didn't want to stop after 5 and was frustrated to stop after 8, but I went with the programme and got through the runs in the mid-twenties, pre-8 o'clock heat.

Just diagnosed
I'm generally very healthy; pescatarian for 40 years, never smoked, very little alcohol, exercise in the form of walking and
yoga
. I'm aged 59. Any advice and tips would be wonderful, thank you.

I am off Pred since April, but do I still have PMR?
I always feel that I may fall over. 15 minutes a day of gentle
yoga
seems to help. I am left wondering, do I still have PMR, or is it old age (78 years) ? Since having PMR I feel as though I have aged ten years.

Working out after AFIB
I'm back to weight training,
yoga
, walking and rowing (on machine), but am nervous about getting my heart rate too high. My history: 3 (that I knew of) episodes of AFIB) then put on Flecainde.

Embrace Winter Wellness: Tips for a Healthy and Happy Season
Activities like
yoga
, Pilates, and dance can be enjoyable ways to stay active without braving the winter chill.
Boost Your Vitamin D Levels:
With shorter days and less sunlight, it's common to experience a dip in vitamin D levels during winter.

PMR or Arthritis?
I do 30 mins of stretching and
yoga
type exercises every morning as well as those advised by the physio, though this can be hard with the stiffness. My concern is whether it is just OA, which perhaps the steroids were masking or residual PMR or both.

Cortisol - Dr Berg you tube video on a 26 step natural treatment plan
comprehensive than most is the one from Dr Berg - he certainly got me thinking about the correct vitamins, minerals, exercise intensity (his comments on High Intensity Interval Training are fascinating i.e. only do for a few seconds at a time not to raise cortisol), diet, sleep, blood sugar management,

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Course
Yoga
is a bit of a non starter as it seems to trigger my asthma, as the local hall is dusty.

NRC 10k app plan week 4: “80’s” run
I added a gentle jog back to the leisure centre to make it in time for my
yoga
class-that was a brilliant post run stretch and cool down. I’m now rewarding myself with a super posh coffee. I don’t think I particularly loved this run but it felt like it was good for me!

Hello, I'm new to this group but not to PD
We start with seated Tai Chi and move into Chair Dance
Yoga
and then we end with some easy Pilates stretching on the floor. My Parkinson's is progressing slowly, but lately it's seems more in the forefront of my day, occupying my time and head space.
