It's almost October, and I'll be looking to do some gentle S&F work over this month, as I work my way off the injury couch! Yup, the fitness gods have struck again, with a pulled muscle on one leg, a minor strain.
It has for now stopped me from running and rowing, but in a few days I think I can add some Yoga or Pilates again, so will be choosing the one or other practice from the respective channels.

And our general guidance is below:
If you are just joining us, big WELCOME to you and any new Virtual Workout Buddies! A short daily practice of Yoga or Mat Pilates is perfect to get some S&F into your day.
And feel free to - as Adriene says - “find what feels good”, meaning if your knees feel too sensitive, amend that Child’s Pose. And if you find full planks are the stuff of nightmares, rather do half planks than full ones. Do whatever feels right to get the maximum enjoyment from these daily sessions. And definitely get creative with props.
Upwards, crow-wards and down dog-wards another months practice!
