Not Convinced of Diagnosis

I'm new here. I was diagnosed with FND back in June by a neurologist. Except I'm not convinced of the diagnosis. Most of my symptoms point towards nerve damage of the spine rather than "wrong wiring of the brain"

I suffered a mild cycling accident back in October last year. Initially I was fine then one day I found I couldn't walk correctly on my right leg as it locked in the bent position. MRIs show damage to the knee, but consultants won't do anything for it.

3 months later my leg "cracked" and it was straight. Since then, my body, physically and neurologically has taken a bad turn. Symptoms are as follows. (I still might miss some)

Numb/strange skin sensations from head to toe, hilted gait, leg looks deformed, constant leg cramping, muscle Fasciculations all over, twisted pelvis, pressure of abdomen wall muscles on intestines causing none stop stomach ache for over 8 months, 5 stone weight loss, relentless muscle/bone clicking, incontinence, weakness on right hand side of body, tight skin from chest up to neck, muscle wastage, right leg is half the size in mass than my left leg, "waterfall" sensation in my head constantly, unable to attain an erection.

These symptoms are not flared by anything, they're simply there constantly, none stop from the moment I wake up to the moment I finally get to sleep.

I have gone from cycling 100s of miles a week to a almost incapacitated mess.

None of this seems even close to FND especially as certain symptoms have progressed since my diagnosis which points towards nerve damage. My Drs are not listening and each consultant I've seen just cannot seem to see what has happened to my body and can't seem to understand the association of what I'm saying about nerve damage and the symptoms that I have go with it.

I have posted one photo of a visible symptom that for me is one of the most disturbing.
