Calprotectin at 146 and panicking
But the thing is I don’t have diarrhea, blood, unintentional
weight
loss
or anything like that. Just the dull ache. I the past ten weeks I’ve had diarrhea twice and it was after eating dodgy salad but it never happened again since.

Catch up anyone?
And as one can be expect so has the

journey. So I'm hoping by catching up I might gain some clarity on how to move forward. I managed to get to the lowest I have reached at 78.9kg in July and things were looking on track - but since mums eye sight loss everything has gotten away.

I did it. 40 days
I won’t know until Thursday if there’s any
weight
loss
. I suspect not, as I love sweets. But after next weekend and my daughters 40th little do, I’m going to try another challenge of ‘no sweets’. Oh dear that will be hard. But I thought the alcohol was impossible and I did it.

Test result help (please)
I eat very well (c1500-1600kcal a day), I exercise 5 days a week (a mix of weights, boxing and running - I do not do this for
weight
loss
I do it because I enjoy it and always have) and I get a decent amount of daily exercise - always over 10k steps.

I found this helpful
In the USA multi use vials and injecting at home is becoming accepted for
weight
loss
by prescription. When I started self injecting I had not yet discovered this forum. I was going with what I had read.

Update 8.0 - Next chapter
He does not advise any action other than healthy diet, exercise, and continue with
weight
loss
. I have lost about 5 pounds in the last month, so that is moving in the right direction. I will meet with my PCP next week to review the plan. In somewhat better news, I met with my cardiologist.

help to understand
GP etc discussed that as I’d been taken 100 mg for many years
weight
loss
wasn’t due to a too high dose of Levo but he was eventually persuaded to reduce 100 to 75. I’m now putting on weight and lots of my underactive symptoms are returning.

Collarbone lump
I guess he wasn't concerned because I didn't have other symptoms like
weight
loss
, night sweats, fevers. I have had those sometimes, but not excessively. Last week, when I saw my regular doctor, and showed her the lump, she immediately booked me for an ultrasound, Thank You!

Newbie Here. Hello!
I am starting my
weight
loss
journey. I am nervous because I have health issues that limit what I can do sometimes. But, I would love to explore ideas of workouts that are low impact. I use a walker often and I have severe OA and Fibromyalgia. Thank you so much!

Woohoo, I am back and Week 1 done
One bit of advice I can give about
weight
loss
. Make sure your bathroom scales are accurate before panicking over your BMI!! My old ones were showing I was over a stone heavier that I really am. When I had comments saying I did not need to lose weight, I thought they were being polite.
