What to do after Graduating?
And
swimming
. And martial arts. My lifestyle could not be more contrasting though. Barely sleeping, heavy smoking, pleasantly refreshed, having fun on the loop.

Still going
So I'm still running and have now incorporated
swimming
once a week and yoga into my exercise regime. I can already see the benefits but I can feel them mentally and that's the main thing. I don't feel as anxious and actually feel quite good about myself. Long may it continue :-)

I can not swim but I am getting in that
swimming
pool to do a few excercises. I am praying after it happens that I feel much much better.

I put 10lbs on in a year but that is gradually coming off, I swim most days but even

I'm wheezing the GP says it's not asthma or related to the steroids.

Summer, What's the Plan?
I'll miss out on bonfires, forth of July firework events,
swimming
days, carnival rides, late night dates, drinking days full of laughter, and so much more. I hate it; has anyone else felt the same way?

OMG I did it!-report from Birmingham 10k
Luckily I met a lovely girl at 6k who is a
swimming
coach at UoB and not really a runner (about 3 weeks training!) and we challenged each other to the next set of traffic lights, the next flag... I set myself 90 mins, with the hope of 80 as I did about 8.33/k in my training.

I'm 76 year old woman previously fit - walking,

From a ‘fire’ to a jog.
I was not in the mood to run but as I was out of (the
swimming
pool) bed I thought I may as well. 30 minutes jog and a shower later all’s right with the world. 🏃♀️😊

Swimming with a baby
What she can you take a baby to a
swimming
pool?? Also can you use a tampon while still bleeding, or is it not recommended?

Am I being stupid?
I am about to take up
swimming
again and feel pretty fit most of the time. I have no idea if these results are high or low level osteoporosis but would like to try to improve it by exercise, equally I do not want to risk broken bones! I am not due for another Dexascan until Feb 2020.

Too much exercise and I get sick
So for instance, if I try to get running fit and go out for 4 x 50 minute runs a week and do some other exercise like
swimming
on my non-running days my immune system seems to break down. I use Ipvent as an inhaler and also use a nasal spray in the morning.

Auntie Bleary-eyeds , Bleary words of wisdom, for coping with the heat on holiday and summer sun with PMR , Fibro and any Chronic Illness.
If you get bites or chaff your skin the vaseline can be spread on , left to dry and you can continue , it stops dirt getting in cuts or bites and is semi waterproof so good on these things if you go
swimming
too.

Seem to have lost my motivation
I was told I'd be able to return to running and
swimming
after 2 weeks but I then got a nasty infection which made me quite ill and it was a good month before I attempted another run.

MY BISOPROLOL CONCERNS - I FEEL TERRIBLE. ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE!
Before I went on Bisoprolol I went
swimming
most mornings (no longer have the energy) and had successfully lost 7 stones in weight but I’m now putting weight back on despite sticking to my diet. Is this normal and has anyone else experienced any of these side effect after being put on Bisoprolol?
