So I'm still running and have now incorporated swimming once a week and yoga into my exercise regime. I can already see the benefits but I can feel them mentally and that's the main thing. I don't feel as anxious and actually feel quite good about myself. Long may it continue :-)

Well done you. We have been told for years and years that exercise is great for mental health, it's not until you actually do it that you find out how much 😊😊

Thank you and it's so true, you don't appreciate it until you actually do it. I went through a 3 week period of doing nothing due to illness but I was eager to get back at it and felt so much better for doing so. Thanks for the support :-)
