Think I might be spending some time

with a float because that's the only exercise I can think of that won't aggravate my ankle. Anyhow the view over Bristol was good!

4 weeks post pvi ablation update
So as it stands I have no urge to return to training based in my energy levels and the fact that I'm very short of breath so easily, I cant imagine running 1k never mind the 40 + I was running weekly before along with cycling and

, cycling, as it loosens my stiffness, but sometimes after I can suffer big time. I'm on duloxetine 30mg, and sertraline 50mg with a review in 3 weeks. Have physio also. Joints crack like a musical instrument it's so loud... have chronic headaches Single mother also of 3....
