FET prep

Hi everyone,

Awaiting CD1 at the moment for my third transfer and wondering if whilst on the taking oestrogen stage the following is allowed, I can't remember;

Baths?

Jacuzzi?

Swimming?

Sex?

I'm in a spa hotel next week!

Any other prepping tips welcome!
