STOPPED SLEEPING help please!!! Sleeping tablets stopped working! ZERO sleep!!
I use 2 Circadins, 2 Seroquels 50mg (which makes me feel like cement) 2mg Rivotril (benzodiazepine) and 12,5mg Stilnox MR (think it is Ambien outside of South Africa). I'm so tired I can't walk. The pain is surreal. Anti-depressants don't work. Natural remedies don't work. I have been using sleeping

Sleep Apnea
I saw my neurologist about my augmentation of Mirapexin and he wondered if I had sleep apnea and if I had periodic leg movement in the night, I went to our local sleep centre and yes I have sleep apnea as well as restless legs they recommended this awful mask to wear I can not bring myself to wear it

Hi all just been to see Dr re the above, at present on 25mg Levo felt ok for around 4 months but had a nasty virus over Christmas and it left me with hypo symptoms back again (albeit not as bad as they were last year). Dr says tests came back normal reading below: Serum TSH level 3.36 mU/L (0.30 - 4.40

All I want is peaceful sleep and to wake up
I suffer from this thing and I don't know what it is. At first it was hard going to sleep and staying asleep and it would happen every now and then . Then when I would go to sleep I'd wake up withstand a gasp for air or a scream or I would jump out of my bed because I thought I was Dying because that's

Sleep trouble!! Help?
Hi recently posted about post concussion. One of my main issues is insomnia. Doctors have prescribed temporary sleeping tablets, but I don't want to rely on these. Without a sleeping tablet, I don't sleep more than an hour of broken sleep! And my symptoms are far worse without sleep. Can anyone recommend

After being diagnosed with AF 3 years ago I soon gave up caffeine in tea and coffee as well as tonic water as they appeared to act as triggers. I've recently changed medication from Bisoprol beta blockers to a drug called Tildiem. My episodes of af seem to have increased since but the only factor common

Some release from coughing.
Thank you to everyone who responded to my post: New - How do you cope with the coughing? Our GP prescribed Pholcodine for my husband and this has helped. I also raised the issue of swimming and will, as suggested, check with GP and our local pool.
