Fluid Balance and Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome
Maintaining optimum fluid balance is important in achieving general good health. This is especially critical in Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome (AFS), where fluid dysregulation is a common occurrence, especially in the advanced stages. Fluid imbalance presents in a continuum. Savella
I just started taking savella tonight for fibro and wanted to know if anyone else has taken it. I was also given amitriptyline for anxiety and started taking that as well tonight together with the savella. I was told that it was ok. How long does it take to feel the side effects if any for the meds

It's the Environment, Stupid.
My "clinical" depression is a result of: • A stressful parenting environment • Growing up impoverished • Having a multitude of siblings (from the same parents) • Having a mentally ill (Schizophrenic) brother that would go crazy • Inability to bring friends over to my house • Personal conflicts

A smoke free year.
It is one year today since I gave up smoking. This site helped me so much in the first months. I had terrible sleep problems and nightmares at the beginning. Other people on here had gone through the same things and could reassure me that it would pass. I stumbled across the site by accident, if

Possible Sleep Apnea
Hi guys, I am currently awaiting treatment at hospital for very low iron which I thought along with being a very busy full-time working mum was the reason for my chronic exhaustion. Whilst looking at reason for the fratige, I came across some article on Sleep Apnea and a lot of the systems, ie waking

Hello all. My hubby has been diagnosed with bvFTD and we believe that the last five years he has been misdiagnosed with depression. Chronic Pain Syndrome and SNRI's
After having arthritis for over 20 years (I am 42 now) I was told I have Chronic Pain Syndrome..... after trying various medications I would like to add to my gabapentin and co-codamols a SNRI. I was on fluoxetine, but after reading up on it want to try a SNRI like Milnacipran, Duloxetine or Venlafaxine

Possible Endocarditis?
I think this is completely the wrong group but did not know where else to post! I am 20 year old male who does not drink / smoke / do drugs etc. Upon inhaling deeply I get a minor pain (more discomfort) in my left side upper chest that can also been felt in my back. This has been going on for a couple

Sleep Study result
So I had my sleep study result today. Even though I felt like I slept for 15 minutes I did infact sleep for 5.5 hours. I was told the test was entirely normal. My AHI (apnea index) was 2.8, that's awakenings per hour. Abnormal is over 5 and bad cases are far higher 20+ I was told today. My oxygen sats

New here, could do with some advice
Hi, I'm 22 and I suffer from quite severe endometriosis. I struggle most days to get up because the pain is so bad. Does anyone have literally any suggestions of anything that could help? I've had two laparoscopies which seem to have made things worse (and I knew that was a risk) but literally anything
