Relaxation CD
I want to mention a Relaxation CD that I have found helpful. It has a number of different techniques. The first two sections are instruction type talk. I found the 3rd ( 5 minutes of deep breathing) and the 4th (progressive muscle relaxation) to be the sections I use the most. There is also guided imagery

Advice on blood results please
Hi everyone, I would appreciate some input into my latest( and former)results please. I have been up and down with Hashis some time now, it now seems to be getting more erratic. It started Aug, 2016 when I was feeling jittery etc., so went to my gp to ask for blood test. These were all taken early morning

Very unique APS situation.
I'm 23 years old and I was diagnosed with APS about 3 years ago. I had the testing done initially because my mother has it and I was looking into birth control so I had to get tested for it first so it wouldn't induce clotting if I did. This is where it gets interesting, My mother was diagnosed years

Another name to what i suffer
I eventually got diagnosis of sleep apnea. Not worrying about it as its another name to what i ail. Awaiting sleep apnea machine to wear at night. Where does our list of complaints stop lol. Important thing is to keep our minds strong.

Are you on an antidepressant?
Question, was anyone else put onto an antidepressant when diagnosed with MS? I was put on Cymbalta. Been on it 2 yrs, but have weaned myself off. 3rd day now, so far no side effects, but have read of horrible withdrawals from it. I'm interested to hear your stories. Thanks.

Standard treatment not worked, what next?
I regularly exercise, socialise, keep good
sleep
hygiene
. I see a psychologist and psychiatrist. However, I have daily dark thoughts of self harm and suicide. I am at the point where I am struggling to function at all and I'm not improving at all. What else can I do that I haven't already tried?

STOPPED SLEEPING help please!!! Sleeping tablets stopped working! ZERO sleep!! Have been using sleeping tablets for almost 30 years.
I use 2 Circadins, 2 Seroquels 50mg (which makes me feel like cement) 2mg Rivotril (benzodiazepine) and 12,5mg Stilnox MR (think it is Ambien outside of South Africa). I'm so tired I can't walk. The pain is surreal. Anti-depressants don't work. Natural remedies don't work. I have been using sleeping

Pain & Problems Sleeping
Hi Everyone, I was diagnosed a month ago. I have an appointment to see a neurologist who specializes in MS next month. In the meantime, the neurologist who diagnosed me, prescribed Amitriptyline to help with my symptoms. I suffer from numbness/tingling/burning sensation in my hands/feet & arms/legs
