what does p53 abnormal 50 percent mean
does it mean 50 percent missing? i have p17 deleted but p53 says abnormal 50 percent. does that mean mutated or missing I had fish, flow, and immunohistochemical. the above was under FISH. And as i've said before they decided on b-pll by process of elimination of others. my b-pll diagnosis was not

Tiredness on Buserelin
Hi all, I am new to this group. I’m currently on day 13 on Buserelin. I just wondered how you all coped with work when on the injections? I am absolutely floored with these, constantly tired and emotional. I’m lucky enough that my work is understanding and when it’s all too much I can work from home.

Update
Hi all, I’ve not been on as house renovation since October (due to finish next month) & I have more days dozing on the sofa than anything else, to the builders astonishment that I sleep through the noise! I have been forgetting to take my Levo, not injecting my B12 & not eating great so all of that contributes

dropped 5k yesterday to 55 k ??
a little disappointed but 55k is ok … I think with my reduction of the prednisone to 15mg. brought it down ?? going completely off the prednisone and praying the promacta will keep me in the safe zone ??? steroids are dangerous and only on promacta for 3 weeks ??? don't know why doctor didn't

Sleep disorder mystery
I’ve been experiencing episodes when I attempt to sleep, whether napping or at nighttime. As I’m drifting into blissful sleep I feel as if I’m fainting. My eyes roll up, my heart feels as if it slowing or stops beating altogether, and I feel lighthead. I’m completely losing control and I’m terrified.

Ibrutanib and sleep issues
Day 5 on ibrutanib. Really having issues with sleeping. I wake after two hours and have restless leg type symptoms and cannot get back to sleep. Have tried melatonin but hadn't really helped. I am a Waldenstrom patient with associated amyloidosis but there are slot of commonalities with CLL.

How to tell people to mind their own business!
So at a christening yesterday my mum’s friend (family friend for 25 ish years) took me to one side to pray at me and tell me ‘my time will come’. She also did this at Christmas in front of other people just after her daughter in law had told me about her pregnancy and with her 7 other grandchildren running

Making decisions and trying not be fearful
Last Saturday, I started Humira which for me personally makes me nervous. I have had two injections in my SI joint (left and right side) Over the last two weeks which I was hoping would be helpful. Have not notice any noticeable changes yet as it is still difficult to lay on either side while sleeping

SENSITIVE POST - high beta hcg
After our recent FET, we have been blessed with a positive result. My beta hcg was 3733 at 15dp5dt which is pretty high and I’m wondering if this means twins (we have put 2 back). I have already spoken to couple of ladies on PM but if any of you experienced a high hcg in early pregnancy, would you please

Goals goals goals
This is something that “YOU” without any shadow of a doubt want to consider. Our initial goal is achieved. Which Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) That is the huge one and it is out of the way for now. Of course if after a month or more, “YOU” are still having terrible reactions then onto your second DMT
