As some of you will know, I have been on quite a journey since Feb 27th this year !And a lot of that journey has involved many miles of walking (and MAF running)
But just wanted to share some good news !
I had an interim assessment with the diabetes clinic yesterday carried out on a telephone appointment.
The result of which was a alteration to my medical records which now show.
Type 2 Diabetis in Remission π¬
It's taken a lot of hard work and dedication but so worth it !

Wow! That is amazing!!! If this doesn't show the power of exercise (and diet change, I presume?) I don't know what. Thank you so much for sharing, Instructor57 , this is very inspiring!
That was my experience with plantar fasciitis... I did "everything" the PT told me - until I got tired of it since the PF didn't seem to improve. And then it got better π€£ Although I still wiggle my toes before getting out of bed to "wake up my feet"... Maybe it's just something that does get better over time - unless we do something to make it worse...
Yes, I had this situation previously with pf, it came , stuck around about 6 months and the went again .The only similarities I can draw are that both times it has disappeared coincide with significantly less weight π€
