Not been here for a while but I need help....
I've been
running
for quite a while after completing the C25K course. I've suffered many injuries which are so frustrating but I've tried to be sensible and thankfully I've always recovered.

I’ve been

Week 5 Run 3 in the bag
Running
slowly and working on my breath, particularly when I feel I want stop, is really working for me - there are probably snails overtaking me at the moment but I feel epic.

I’m beginning to think that having the dog as

I Run... and I Ramble... whatever...
I just realised that I have not posted a run or runs for ages... and I wanted to... and whilst I was
running
.. all sorts of funny lines were
running
through my head... so, I do apologise... Floss rambling rhyme coming up! *** I haven't rambled for a while But now, uh oh, I'm back.

Lean muscle, raised metabolism and feeling warm all the time (further points added at the end)
I have been asked to cut right back on long distance
running
to reduce cortisol and balance other male hormones.

Need advice - 2 fertilised, but era results complicate things
It was supposed to be a freeze all cycle as my era results showed that I need to transfer on day 4 instead of 5 (obviously my clinic prefer to transfer day 5 blasts so I'd need to freeze for a future day 4 transfer) 3 fertilised today, 1 abnormal and 2 normal so we've got 2 embryos in the

Started, stopped, started again!
Having got to W2R1 few weeks back I strained an ankle and had to take some time out from
running
. A a couple of weeks I started again and did a W1 run again two Saturdays in a row. Today I took advantage of a day's working from home to fit in a run in what is usually my commuting time.

Finally did it, a year later
The second half was even quite enjoyable and I paced myself using the NRC 10k race app and a Spotify 10k
running
mix which worked for me. Crossed the line in 69.24mins which was about 5 mins better than I thought I’d achieve.

🍏Rainy Run Results…
It was ironic that I had downloaded Music for a Mood with Cityboymoe (NRC) to run to today as it was all about
running
through the streets of London! The weather here in Calgary today was much like moody London drizzle only a bit colder.

Graduation #2!
Having completed the program in 2021 I got some niggling injuries and had work commitments that meant the
running
habit was lost.

Prison
I'm seriously
running
out of titles but on with my problem... I live in a prison, my ex and I still live together for the sake of my kid. But lately he's being very controlling. He tells me what to do when to do but not how he wants it done.

Can your HR be over 200 without you noticing?
Surely you'd notice if your heart really was
running
at 209??? I did an ECG about an hour before this reading, and since, and both said NSR. Sorry to freak out at you all.

longest long run
As usual I was accompanied by Jo, one of the ladies from our local
running
group who’s doing the runs just for the sake of it. 😛 Timing was appalling - the route uses the same path as the start of the local park run, but in the opposite direction.

Finally finished C25K
I liked
running
a few years ago (quite a few) then trained for the great North Run and hated it and stopped
running
. It's taken about 5 years of stop start to finally finish C25K. Anyone doubting themselves or the programme, don't.

Chase Mountains & Xero CEO talk all things barefoot shoes
So was good to hear their conversation about using barefoot shoes in the gym and everyday, even if you are not
running
. It still has the potential to improve your
running
significantly.

Week 4 Run 3
I woke yesterday morning and headed downstairs, I'd delayed this run until Saturday because I wanted to hit my chest with the weights again and
running
and weights on the same day is not conducive to muscle growth apparently. Anyway, I digress.
