Back after a 2 week break
This has been the time of year the last 2 years that my
running
has dwindled off... the bugs hit thanks to the small people and I lose impetus and motivation. I am determined this year will not be the same. Keep your finger's crossed for me!

Despair, a lesson learned, toilet oversharing and a smile
Actually took a Covid test as last time I felt so bad
running
was when I was recovering from C19 last year and I'd had a bad stomach last night. It was negative but then it dawned on me. Bad stomach last night =
running
on very empty but even more importantly dehydrated.

Hello I am now almost 5 months post-ablation and doing well with no AF/flutters since, and have resumed moderate trail

How to manage down time
In fact I was very surprised today when Laura told me I was half way through the final 5 minutes as it felt pretty good. However, I'd like your thoughts for W5 because there are a few days when I'll be away from my '
running
' shoes and would like ideas on how to manage it.

Fun to Run while traveling:)
Slowly but surely ticking off "States I have run in" :)Ohio is the latest one, and like the others I now have a memorable occurrence to look back on :)
Running
certainly adds a very interesting aspect to new places 🙂👍🏻

🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️May Quest Week 1: Finish lines are just your next starting line!🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Maybe you’ve decided that you want to shake up your
running
and you’re ready to move outside your comfort zone? Even if you’re aiming to keep your
running
consistent, you’re still moving forwards every time you run.

We are all the same
She got out and started
running
in the traffic asking them to kill her too. I cried and prayed for her. How much is enough? I just think that we think we are bad or sick, but really, we just feel everything. I don't think that is a bad thing anymore. People talk to me, really talk to me.

#Walk1000Miles : How’s everyone doing?
To be fair, a big proportion was the increase in my indoor rowing distances, but I also increased my walking distance and slightly seemed to have decreased my
running
distance.

I actually did it! My first 10k
I hour and 10 mins but since I started
running
age 60 I don’t think that’s too bad. I have now signed up for my 1st official 10k in August. It’s really true that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Keep
running
, keep smiling! 🏃🏼♀️😄

Raising funds - Brighton Marathon places
Maybe your town has a local
running
club you could send this message on to. Maybe someone you work with is a keen runner and wants to do a marathon. Obviously we have covered entry fees and will provide
running
vests with PAS on.

Walk a mile. Run a mile. Smile!
This meant a bit of ducking brambles and listening extra hard for cars who might not see me
running
so close the the edge of the road. I really enjoyed it though. It felt so good to be out and actually

Acalabrutinib and Skin Cancers
I would appreciate it if others taking Acalabrutinib who are also
running
into rampant appearance of skin cancer lesions might let me know their situation please? Thankyou.

To stretch or not to stretch?
After I’ve finished
running
I need the loo so cannot honestly be bothered with a stretch. Would stretching help my body shape? I was expecting thighs as long, lithe and lean as Mo Farah instead they look like a couple of Bernard Mathews turkey drumsticks……🦃 🤷♀️

Debilitating Stomach Pain
., trying to find the cause, but to no avail, and I think the doctors are
running
out on what other part of the body can be tested upon! The worst part, is the pain can't be managed, so my quality of life is badly affected.

Back on that horse
My bike managed to get me home, but it was two weeks before I was putting on the
running
shoes again! Happily, I can report that yesterday's run was shortish and uneventful. I'm back in the saddle! A flamboyance of flamingoes!
