Today was the day!!

Well after 12 weeks of what has mostly been an absolute pleasure with the occasional set back along the way, I'm over the moon to share that today was THE day! W9r3 done and dusted! I hope to share a bit more of my own personal story when I get a chance to, but for everyone still working through the programme, trust the process, listen to all the great advice and support from others within this forum and most importantly believe in yourself! YOU CAN DO IT! Looking forward to continue my running journey now that I'm officially a "runner", starting with tackling my first Park Run hopefully within the next few weeks! Hope to check in again soon
