Back at 30 minutes post injury 🥳
I guess that's why they have pacer in
running
groups! I am going to try using songs for pacing (bpm as spm). Any other recos for how to get there
running
solo?

Why is the first 3 - 4 minutes
running
so hard? Should I run a bit in the initial warm up period? Any suggestions?

so here I am again 🎶 😄🏃🏻♀️🐌🍁
it’s been a while… Stuff happening (nothing major)…weather too hot, too wet…maximum faffage… …anyway, no serious
running
for a few months, but yesterday I awake to a sunny autumn equinox, and decided it was a sign that it was time to reawaken my
running
mojo… So what do you do?

Week 6 was hard!
I love it when I realise I've been thinking about something else (not
running
) while still
running
. I'm holding on to those breakthroughs! The right playlist is essential and it'd be great to hear what gives other people's legs wings. Because I run so slowly, tracks with 75-85bpm are perfect.

IT’S FRIDAY! SO WAKE UP THOSE HIBERNATING POMS POMS AND FALL IN!! We have runners to cheer……
WE HAVE the return to Ilmington of the Sausage Muncher 3 Katnap TailChaser and Shake-and-run

their final 10k (plus a bit) race in this Winter Series. They won’t thank me for reminding the that they will start this race with a short run up to Larkstone Hill!

We know there mother and father both had heart issues, with AF being a
running
theme, my uncle who passed had it from what we can gather. Another sibling also had a stroke recently. Is there anyway people can be screened for it ?

NRC 10k Week 2, first run
My most compact
running
gear is rolled up in my small carry on bag and I'll be wearing my second best
running
shoes for the journey (dainty shoes also squashed down to their limits in the bag). If I do get out for a run I'll be adding Italy to the list of countries I've run in.

First run after hernia op
I'd asked the surgeon how soon after the surgery could I start
running
again and he'd said 4 weeks - so today was the day!

Racking up those parkruns, following a phase of running anxiety
I started
running
seriously back in January 2022, and since about 6 weeks ago I would never dream of actually
running
outside away from they safety of a treadmill.

CATCH-up-CORNER...WEEK 3...Slip off the running shoes and come on in!
Maybe, if you have been
running
over the last few weeks, you are beginning to see and feel the seasonal changes... maybe you have run in the rain for the first time?

Growing Old Disgracefully but Sensibly!
From what I have read today, (this is all
running
related) the age thing is not such a big deal, in fact keeping
running
beyond age 70 is a major plus, but there are things that I could have been doing to help myself.

Help! Running with flat feet
🤯 The reason for my post is, I figured I can’t be the only late 40’s person
running
with flat feet, and wondered if you all knew of and/ or could recommend some
running
trainers with a good instep support?

Monsal trail 10K... Again..." It's friendship, friendship...
I had made sure that I was happy to run for an hour, again, because I know from my years of
running
, that if I can run for an hour, I can keep going. Last Sunday I ran for just 7K and again... I know if I am past 6K... then I can just keep
running
:) So...

Runaversary 3 years
Thanks to Yesletsgo for reminding me I searched my diaries to see any entries about
running
and on International Women’s day it was 3 years since I completed the C25k.
