guidance family history
We know there mother and father both had heart issues, with AF being a
running
theme, my uncle who passed had it from what we can gather. Another sibling also had a stroke recently. Is there anyway people can be screened for it ?

New challenges
Did a lucky dip with guided runs and did "The worst advice ever" a light hearted "inspirational" 30 min run with a coach debunking all the
running
myths going. It was entertaining and you didn't even think you were being coached but you clearly were!

Another chuckle
"I just call 'David,' and they all come
running
in." "And, if you want them to come to the table for dinner?" "I just say, 'David, come eat your dinner'," she answered. "But what if you just want ONE of them to do something?" he asked. "Oh, that's easy," she said. "I just use their last name!

NRC 10k Week 2, first run
My most compact
running
gear is rolled up in my small carry on bag and I'll be wearing my second best
running
shoes for the journey (dainty shoes also squashed down to their limits in the bag). If I do get out for a run I'll be adding Italy to the list of countries I've run in.

6th Runniversary
However, the rain stopped, the sun came out and I finally went out at 7.30 and ran 6k (1k for each year of
running
) under a clear blue sky as the sun was starting to set.

HU10 Spring 👍😎
But you know that my two biggest passions are
running
and gardening and so it was a small sacrifice 🥰 The gardens were glorious and I kept thinking of my VRBs out there
running
their events.

Week 5
Why is the first 3 - 4 minutes
running
so hard? Should I run a bit in the initial warm up period? Any suggestions?

Isolating
I am burned out from work and the societal struggles of keeping everything
running
on my own. I have no real support and don’t trust anyone, because they don’t really seem to care or just let me down. I want people and support but I keep isolating more and more.

Busy busy track and a fall☹️
Grazed hands and knees☹️☹️☹️I sat a minute and then got up had a little walk and then started
running
again. 🏃♀️🏃♀️ Back home now after a much shorter run but I suppose it was a run (of sorts) It’s my second fall recently as I fell playing Pickleball on Tuesday evening so I really must be very

Have a physical job and have been able to carry on but this year festination developed, walking often turns into
running
short steps until I can grab something to stop or fall. Inside the house seems worse, especially if I'm carrying something, always crashing into benches to stop.

Nike Run Club 10k Plan…Week 1 liftoff!
I’ve been
running
long enough to go out on consecutive days but I doubt I’ll be doing five runs a week! There’s something super exciting about kicking off a new plan at next year! Anyone tempted to join me in road (or treadmill/trail!) testing this one?

Surprised about bloods this morning
I am planning to give myself more time to recover from my current long stretch of debilitating symptoms and maybe see the cardiologist first (unless the wait is long) before
running
a medichecks tests and possibly asking for a small increase. I decided I want all further increases to ne by 12.5.
