Paused due to covid
I don't feel up for
running
tomorrow and like to start weeks off on Monday. So do I do some light walking and restart week 7 the following Monday? Or start from an earlier week for example where there's more walking involved?

It made me think of the Guardian article on slow

that Dexy5 posted here recently: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2023/jul/24/slow-

New challenges
Did a lucky dip with guided runs and did "The worst advice ever" a light hearted "inspirational" 30 min run with a coach debunking all the
running
myths going. It was entertaining and you didn't even think you were being coached but you clearly were!

C25K completed :-)
Is it good enough to continue
running
5k 3 times a week or should I increase distance? Motivational tips would also be greatly appreciated 😃

Sensory Walk/run
Water
running
off flooded fields and sloshing down drains. Feet splashing in muddy puddles! Smell…. damp earth, smoke from a bonfire, newly painted fence Sight…… beautiful blue sky and interesting clouds, greens of the trees, grass and plants.

Finished
Couch to 5K finished, I started on 11th August finishing my last run on Saturday 29th whilst
running
my 3rd park run in 34 minutes and 12 seconds, who would have thought it, I remember those first runs ( what a killer) anybody starting or still trying to complete their runs, if I can do it so can you

4.5K Rainy Intervals Run 🌧️👍
I wasn’t looking forward to
running
this morning. The forecast was rain and although it’s milder than the last few days, I enjoyed
running
in the cold on Saturday. Rain is not my friend.

Back at 30 minutes post injury 🥳
I guess that's why they have pacer in
running
groups! I am going to try using songs for pacing (bpm as spm). Any other recos for how to get there
running
solo?

Are you a parent or do you look after children?
Asthma and Lung UK are
running
a free smoking cessation workshop online, starting January 10th 2024. The sessions are open to all parents and carers, including anyone who looks after children on a regular basis, whether they are parents, carers, grandparents, or anyone else.

Jeffing with the Running Group 😊👍
Definitely could see myself getting into trail
running
, who would have thought it! 😊 It was a warm tonight but I think I’m getting used to the warmer temperatures of
running
in the evening.

so here I am again 🎶 😄🏃🏻♀️🐌🍁
it’s been a while… Stuff happening (nothing major)…weather too hot, too wet…maximum faffage… …anyway, no serious
running
for a few months, but yesterday I awake to a sunny autumn equinox, and decided it was a sign that it was time to reawaken my
running
mojo… So what do you do?

been taken of low dose of Bisoprolol
Usually they get results in a week , but they have been
running
late ,so it will be 2 weeks now. Also the bisoprolol can take up to a week to come out of your system , wonder if anyone else has come of Bisoprolol and how long they took to get over it.

Week 5
Why is the first 3 - 4 minutes
running
so hard? Should I run a bit in the initial warm up period? Any suggestions?
