Long time no running…
I have just realised it’s been five years since I last did C25K. a lot has happened since then, weddings, too many funerals, Covid and a hip replacement at aged 50. My question to you all, is there anyone on this forum that has completed this course post hip replacement? I have not run since it was

Jess's PSP London Marathon Fundraising
My Granddaughter is
running
the London Marathon for PSPA. Her Grandfather died in 2016 with this awful disease after 7 years. Her Aunt and cousin have previously ran the London Marathon to raise awareness and money for the research.

Week 5 Run 3 !
I think the nerves about
running
for 20mins got to me ! I have been reading some threads here so will slow down (I felt I was going pretty slow) and will repeat week 5 and change the route. Thanks for the tips here and wish me luck 🍀

Week 3 run 1 done!
I had a lovely time
running
towards it, but when the halfway bell rang and I turned for home, I realised that it was all uphill & against the (considerable) wind - nightmare! So today I did week 3 run 1 and DID NOT go this way.

Fitness Tracker to measure exercise levels and heart rate
As part of a regular week, I do walking,
running
, cycling, diy, gardening, golf and swimming and would like to ensure I do the required NHS guidelines for weekly exercise (150 minutes of moderate exercise etc etc).

New vlog/Dr Dr site - important statistic but not to do with OC survival
Everywhere I look I see people
running
the marathon, organising a campaign, going on TV, all to raise awareness for prostate cancer. But awareness of this couldn't be higher. And survival rates, tests, treatments, all great. 99% of men with PC will survive for 5 years, even if it's Stage IV.

Leggings are like satsumas 😃, peel a satsuma and you eat it! 555 seconds!
I've been
running
extra slow to keep my heartrate low, when I first started this a few weeks ago a few shuffling steps and it shot up, in fact I had to walk less than half pace to get it down again.

Nike Run Club guided runs not working?
Luckily I had a Coach B interview (this week’s Strength
Running
podcast which was a good listen) saved so I didn’t miss out entirely…. The photo is of a buzzard I spotted sitting on top of a telegraph pole. He wasn’t keen to be snapped!

NRC 10k Plan: W5 Running for More Joy (aka Rebel Run!)
The weather was gorgeous and perfect for
running
. My garmin was suggesting a base run at a nice steady pace for roughly the same duration so I thought I might as well use that too. Five minutes of walking and a gentle jog down the lane.

Will they consider my BMI if I go private
Which means I'm
running
in a circle. If I go private, is it the same thing with the BMI eligibility? I am on sustainable diet and have a training coach, walk 10k everyday, so I'm trying my best. Will I ever get the treatment?
