fluid from legs
Hi for the past 6 months or so Iāve had a sticky fluid leaking from my legs I can feel it
running
down my legs and if Iāve got a long skirt on itās soaked my legs and feet are also really swollen is this another symptom of fibromyalgia or something else.

C25K app - Can it be used offline?
Iāve been slowly working my way into the program by
running
on the treadmill in the gym. My aim is to get through it all in the gym, then get outside, maybe rolling back a few weeks. My problem is that my gym doesnāt have mobile coverage inside and the WiFi sometimes drops out.

āNothing teems but hateful docks, rough thistles, kecksies, blursā Henry V 5:2
Running
on these different surfaces was very tiring and the heat was also playing a part, but I kept going and eventually crossed the line to receive my cute wooden medal. Not my fastest by a long shot, but I felt like I had achieved something.

vomited after pred
Overnight I have had pain in my lower back (left side)
running
around the front to my groin. Not sure if this a muscular pain or bowel issue. I took my pred dose and 2 paracetamol with a spoonful of yogurt.

Summer 10k
The sun had come out and it was so beautiful
running
along the edge of the lake, with wild flowers blooming on either side of the gravel path and geese, duck, coots and swans swimming on the flat water.

Long time no runningā¦
I have just realised itās been five years since I last did C25K. a lot has happened since then, weddings, too many funerals, Covid and a hip replacement at aged 50. My question to you all, is there anyone on this forum that has completed this course post hip replacement? I have not run since it was
