Weather and Winter
Not really looking forward to when the clocks go back and
running
in the dark, but needs must. I've got all the reflective stuff and lights for my arm and ankle - do I need a head torch I wonder ?? I'll only be
running
on lit roads !!

A new start
I did the program, 9 years ago, and it truly brought me from couch potato to a
running
entusiast. Everywhere I went, I planned
running
router, from Sydney and the jungles of Borneo to Rio, New York and Berlin.

Help & Advice re T3
Hello, about 4 years ago I asked for help in obtaining natural thyroid I was given a contact to get them from but am now on the very edge of
running
out so I would truly appreciate if someone would send me a private message to give me a new contact as the one I had doesnβt seem to be operating anymore

2023: W18R1 - canceled. (Personal log)
In addition, winter is approaching and so far this has almost always brought complications that led to the end of
running
. We'll see how it goes this year. Happy
running
! PS: I managed W18R2 on Wednesday (with difficulty, but YES! :-))

Week 2 done
Really starting to quite enjoy this though going from 90 secs to 3 mins
running
next week is a bit daunting. However, so many encouraging comments on here that I will trust the process.

Holiday run along the Thames
It was a novelty
running
on the flat and my Garmin absolutely loved it. Iβve had my watch for more than 6 months with no movement of my VO2 max headline number, although Iβve seen the finer detail line trending up. Finally it ticked up to the next number.
