W7 but demoralised
In theory, I want to keep
running
but I really hate it. What can I do to make it less boring and awful? Thanks in advance

Feeling well again!
My advice, as an older runner, take time to build up energy by re-
running
weeks for as long and necessary. We’re all on different journeys and goals for our health and fitness!!!

Sacropolpopexy operation - has anyone had this operation? and had some of the symptons return .
Im 66 years old and this op literally was the best thing for me - I was once again very active ,
running
,swimming, generally keeping quite fit. I would love to hear from anyone else who has had this op and if they have suffered any returning symptoms. Many thanks in advance

I never thought that I of all people would be joining a
running
programme again, let alone achieve a 5K. It is some 10 years ago now that I did do a 5K and I hated it.

Return thwarted
Now that life's settling down a bit I'm trying to get back into the
running
habit. Yesterday's run was very slow, even taking the wind into account, but hey ho, I'm not in a race. It was a good run and enjoyable, but last night I began to feel poorly.

NRC 10k Plan: Week 5 Run 2 More Joy
Oops, I'd left my

Running
for more joy' with Coach B, a 35 minute recovery run. It matched my mood completely.

Week 9 Run 3 Done!! Whoopie!!!!
A bit disappointing that we were not
running
at our normal pace due to the frost but hopefully plenty more opportunities to do that. Our treat to ourselves is to get some proper
running
shoes rather than the old trainers we have been wearing.

I had a week off due to cold and asthma flare up but did a run last Sunday and it was great 😊 Is
running
once / twice a week enough ? In any case I really enjoy
running
- something I never thought I would write lol

It's been a while.. where has my C25K/C210K journey taken me..
But if the
running
bug takes hold, invest in a well fitted and suitable
running
gear that is fit for your ability level, price and type of run you want to do. This goes for other pieces of kit too,
running
tops, shorts/leggings, jackets, torches, socks.

Looking for Hope
I feel like it’s getting more aggressive and we are
running
out of options. What treatments are out there that may work?
