consolidation runs

hi

It’s been a while since I last posted. I am still doing 30 min consolidation runs. I had a week off due to cold and asthma flare up but did a run last Sunday and it was great 😊

Is running once / twice a week enough ?

In any case I really enjoy running - something I never thought I would write lol

Glad to see you back! We all through those phases-I’m bumbling along with an occasional run as I’m coming back from a cold. We’ll get there!

When you say, “is running once/twice a week enough?”, the question I’d be asking is “enough for what”? If it’s enough to make you happy and fit with what else is going on in your life-absolutely! Perhaps if you were training for a specific event with a specific time goal, maybe you’d be better trying to add another run but the best thing about running is there are no rules. It’s what works for you.

Thank you. For now it’s just to keep fit really I did want to progress to actually running 5k but I am in no hurry I think I will just enjoy doing what I am doing for now and gradually increase time when I feel ready. :)

Ps I hope you feel better soon.
