Now that life's settling down a bit I'm trying to get back into the running habit. Yesterday's run was very slow, even taking the wind into account, but hey ho, I'm not in a race. It was a good run and enjoyable, but last night I began to feel poorly. I feel even worse today and now I know why my run was so slow. I've tested positive for COVID 😭

Commiserations. I had avoided Covid until a few weeks ago. I signed up for the 'Panoramic' study and was in the treatment arm. No idea if it was effective but I am largely back to my normal self now.
