for about 4 years now I’ve had this feeling below right ribs it’s a full/swollen feeling when I sit down I notice it more and if I’m running it feels like I’m carrying something but I’ve had X-ray and 3 ultrasound all came back normal I’ve had colonoscopy which they removed some polyps and they still have no idea what it is I’ve tried all the different food diets and no change

Anyone suffering same symptoms
