for about 4 years now I’ve had this feeling below right ribs it’s a full/swollen feeling when I sit down I notice it more and if I’m running it feels like I’m carrying something but I’ve had X-ray and 3 ultrasound all came back normal I’ve had colonoscopy which they removed some polyps and they still have no idea what it is I’ve tried all the different food diets and no change
Anyone suffering same symptoms

I just had my gallbladder out. Three days ago... Same upper right ,side, pain in stomach ,numbness and tingling at ribs from pressure, swollen, many health issues and never felt well. I thought I was getting recurrent kidney infections or gastritis flareups in which antibiotics helped but only temporarily. Finally after 10 years and checking all my other organs I find out I have gallbladder issues. It was a chronically inflamed gallbladder with 34 faceted mineral stones, congestion/fattiness, infection, thickening of the wall. I haven't had all the results back, but am 3 days into recovery from the surgery. So time will tell, but I already see and feel a noticeable difference in how swollen my upper right side no longer is.
I had xrays, ultrasounds, and a hida scan. All they ever saw was "sludge" on an ultrasound. I had an MRI which finally showed the inflammation and stones. Finally after seeing everyone under the sun.
