it’s been a while…..
I must’ve caught every infection under the sun my
running
was my saviour until so many infections followed by a bit of a breakdown I then stopped for 3 whole months!! I have kept walking and some sporadic yoga until the start of this year’s 30 days got me back.

Gait analysis 😊
I was staying in Staffs with my partner and found a shop nearby in Alderley Edge called
Running
Bear. You didn’t have to make an appointment for gait analysis so I strolled in with fake confidence to get the lay of the land. I had a few moments to drool over all the

shoes on display!

CATCH Up CORNER...WEEK 4... Time to kick off the running shoes, and Slow things down...
If you wish to progress, safely and enjoyably in your
running
then, the key to
running
faster, as you move on is to learn to run slowly. Yes... run slower...to run faster. For quite a few of us, this
running
slowly seems to cause problems. So, what might we do to help us with the problem.

Been

#Photowalk Nov : Pumpkin murders
I ditched my warm coat and thick jumper for a
running
top and thin fluro jacket. I diverted up onto another route I know well. Up a steep path and onto a long and windy lane covered with leaf litter. After half an hour, I was feeling great and decided to start
running
slowly.

New vlog/Dr Dr site - important statistic but not to do with OC survival
Everywhere I look I see people
running
the marathon, organising a campaign, going on TV, all to raise awareness for prostate cancer. But awareness of this couldn't be higher. And survival rates, tests, treatments, all great. 99% of men with PC will survive for 5 years, even if it's Stage IV.

NRC 10k Plan: 4k Finish Lines (aka “[blank] is why I’m running today”)
Big shout out to all my fellow runners out there just
running
(or resting!), and an especially big hello to all the others doing this plan. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did!

Any advice for runny nose?
As soon as my body starts
running
so does my nose! I feel it impacts my breathing as quite difficult to blow your nose while
running
🤣. I do feel “ blocked up” a lot in day to day life but just wondered if there were any tips for dealing with it? Thank you 😀

Fever with PD
I started
running
101. fever, not UTI or repiratory. What do I need to know about the effect PD has on this? Thank you in advance.

Stepping Stone 2nd rub
Today I did the stepping stone run for the 2nd time and those last five minuets I find really hard so I will not be progressing to the speed run until I have mastered that 5 minuets of hard
running
. Did not think that that full out last 5 minuets would be so difficult.
