I have a cold, managed run Wednesday, wk 4 rn 2, but struggled today, felt dizzy and light headed, finished run, but wondering if should wait till recovered before starting wk 5, have COPD and pacemaker.

NRC 10k Plan: W5 Running for More Joy (aka Rebel Run!)
The weather was gorgeous and perfect for
running
. My garmin was suggesting a base run at a nice steady pace for roughly the same duration so I thought I might as well use that too. Five minutes of walking and a gentle jog down the lane.

🍏When the wind blows away the cobwebs
He was talking to Jane Wake about
running
in pregnancy. Very interesting! I am a volunteer Parish Nurse so found this very insightful information to pass on to others. Once again
running
gave me an unexpected gift! 💝

12k making good progress
set out for a 10k today ..nice steady pace enjoyed it so much I passed the 10k mark and completed 12k my body was telling me I could go on no aches pains or otherwise …stretching and warm up and cool down is key I think 🤔 Just
running
in nature not thinking about anything but

I fixed my hole-y holy shoe, finally!
I’ve been
running
in my other road shoes, but tomorrow I’ll take these newly patched-up beauties for a spin! (beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?)

Week 3 run 1 done!
I had a lovely time
running
towards it, but when the halfway bell rang and I turned for home, I realised that it was all uphill & against the (considerable) wind - nightmare! So today I did week 3 run 1 and DID NOT go this way.

anxiety and depression
I have been laid up with Covid for the last few days and my ocd is
running
rampant. It has me convinced that I am dying of skin cancer.

C25K app - Can it be used offline?
I’ve been slowly working my way into the program by
running
on the treadmill in the gym. My aim is to get through it all in the gym, then get outside, maybe rolling back a few weeks. My problem is that my gym doesn’t have mobile coverage inside and the WiFi sometimes drops out.

Leg injury in the final week: tips?
, but am wondering how good this leg can feel before
running
again? It happened yesterday and I could barely walk, today it's slightly better but I'm still limping. Any tips on how to speed-up the healing? And also, would you recommend
running
if it feels stiff but not painful? Thanks.

Parkrun!
As the kms passed, I found we were overtaking a few people, and despite
running
at a sub-7m/km average pace, which is much faster than my usual pootle (at least 25 seconds per km faster), I felt ok! Such is the energy that
running
at these events gives.

Enquanto correr há esperança! (Running on hope)
Translated to english it would be something like "
Running
on hope!". It's not translated yet, maybe in the future, when i can find some free time.
