2023: W24R1 - running on snow and ice

Today was really hard. Running on an icy surface of the road and going downhill is simply not possible.

But far worse was the battle I was waging with myself.

I thought I was going to give up today.

I didn't have the time, desire or determination to find a treadmill. I knew it had to come, I just didn't expect it to be so soon because the past winters have been mild.

I'll have to build my psyche for next time.

This time in snow and ice, same route as usual.

Alert all the way, no fall.

It went well for this time.
