had a bit of a hiccup had to move things around in the house n treadmill wasnt able to be used for a few days so i decided id just pick up with week 2 at the start of new week n here it is easter monday actually looking fwd to running longer periods cant wait to do w5r3 again that feeling i got last time completing that run was frikken amazing todays run was a nice 1 still a bit hot weather wise n running indoors even warmer so thinking il move a fan into the room for while i do my runs lol i think after week 5 it should be cool enough to take the runs to the rd i do enjoy my morning runs at 6 n 7ish in the morning when its nice n cool n sun is only just coming up n its nice n dark but light enough to see where your feet are landing any my doodles will catch yall on wednesday gunna have a nosey thru some posts now theyre hugely motivating
