Two months ago I was stressing about running for two minutes at a time, now 25 mins feels like a breeze!
I did have to do week 5 run 1 three times before I felt ready to move on, but that’s the good thing about this system, there is scope for you to do this.

Congrats on getting to Week 7. Nice work. The key thing is persistence in getting out there every other day. Even though it's tough to start with it gets better and better as the muscles get used to the workouts. I'm not out or the aching-leg mornings however.
I've done two Parkruns and am now starting on plyometrics to develop my strength and improve my run time.
