completed C25K again!

Feeling great to have completed the programme again (third time!). Determined to keep it going and looking forward to the stepping stone runs which weren’t there last time I finished.

To encourage other slow runners, my final run was 2.77km in 30 mins. So not only can’t I do 5k yet, I haven’t even managed 3k 🤣. Not really worried though as it beats sitting in the couch all day!

Do, maybe, try some consolidation runs first, before moving onto the C25K + podcasts... they do take a tad more running than you may expect

Well done on your revisiting and completion of C25K. Consolidation is the key now before you head off to the stepping stones . The consolidation doesn’t really have to be weeks and weeks. When you feel comfortable with the consolidation then it will probably be time to move to the next part of the C25K programme. Only you will know how you feel.

For the moment though I would just maybe enjoy the running and feel proud you completed the programme again so we’ll done 👍👏👏🥳🎉

Never too late to get out there again! Nothing wrong with slow running though I would like to do a Park Run one of these days and that feels a long way off
