Making the decision to not run the race 🏃♀️🙁
I should be
running
a lovely 10K race tonight but I’ve just reached the decision not to do it.

W41R2 - no time, just a routine run
Again, there is no time for everything, even maintaining
running
3 times a week seems like a superhuman feat. 😥 Just a routine run today. PS: I don't understand how the app measures it. The exact same path as the last one is suddenly 200 meters shorter!?🤔

Virus spoils fun...
I've come down with a horrible virus, probably caught while volunteering for our newest sculpture trail, Standing Tall, in a packed shopping centre. ..There's been no
running
for me for the last week, and not looking hopeful for the next few days - so here's a picture of a giraffe!!

New smartphone just for running?
My iPhone is full of photos, messages blah blah and generally like an overstuffed sideboard ☺️ I thought about using the empty shiny new one just for
running
with Nike Run Club app 🤷♀️ Keeping it super tidy and uncluttered. It’s a Samsung A20. I’d need another Sim ?

week 6 run 1 completed but not easy
I honestly struggled and found this so much harder than the 20 minutes of continuous
running
from last time, anyone else found this?

raised FIT test
But have been struggling with bowels more and more in recent months, needing to go more often, especially whilst
running
. A lot of blood dark and clot like appearance after
running
and for a day or so and more loose stools and skinny stools.

Am I too old for this?
Sadly I didn't continue and up until about six weeks ago, haven't done any
running
in over 10 years. I did manage to get my niece into
running
when she thought it was something she could never do and now she's in love with
running
.

HU10K Run Report 🏃♀️👍😊
I love
running
at this time of day. I think about all the others that will be
running
today and over the coming week. My plan was to start steady and try and stay steady for the first 2 or 3 km.
