Running after Hip Replaced
I have been told that due to this my
running
days are over ( not that I was actually much of a runner…more a very slow jogger!) but I just wondered what other people’s experiences are?

week 6 run 1 completed but not easy
I honestly struggled and found this so much harder than the 20 minutes of continuous
running
from last time, anyone else found this?

Making the decision to not run the race 🏃♀️🙁
I should be
running
a lovely 10K race tonight but I’ve just reached the decision not to do it.

HU10K Run Report 🏃♀️👍😊
I love
running
at this time of day. I think about all the others that will be
running
today and over the coming week. My plan was to start steady and try and stay steady for the first 2 or 3 km.

First half marathon
I have decided to try another half in Cheshire in September to hopefully achieve
running
the whole distance.

Hello everybody
That was so frustrating that I nearly put my
running
shoes on ebay. It is so good to be
running
properly again!

2024:W33R3 - Successful third run in a week
And I haven't noticed these things in any
running
manual! And I learned a big lesson: I will take emergency hygiene supplies with me next time!!! 🥺 And now I'm a bit smarter than before! Happy

week 9 final run to do
A lot has happened in those 6 years inc health problems, but I had a thyroidectomy a year ago and felt ready to get those trainers back on and start
running
again.

Running as an informal carer
I
did

also
complete 60 minutes 🏃♀️ with an overall sexy pace of 09:18 km/h of non-stop
running
(yes, I never stopped
running
while doing the above!) and the Pride 5K along the way!

2023: W24R3 - Even more snow :-)
My
running
route is getting more and more inaccessible. What the snow and frost didn't do, the cars that passed along the road did. I'm trying to avoid the treadmill for now, but I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do that. I'm back for good this time :-) Happy
running

Finish Line
However, I ran on and did the full distance,
running
round the local streets. Today's lesson? I'm sticking with the notion that I couldn't wait to get started and was REALLY looking forward to
running
5k. All in all it was not one to treasure, but I did at least reach the finish line ...

He's just £48 away from smashing his target *UPDATE* Thanks to you all he smashed his first target and is now well on his way to the £1k
I wrote a post a few weeks ago about a guy
running
the Leeds marathon to raise money for our charity PMRGCAuk, after his wife's good friend tragically and suddenly lost her sight to GCA.

NO POM-POMS THIS WEEK??? 😴
In the absence of pompom waving we can always still wave to each other …… just because…… 👋👋👋 Have a great weekend everyone, whether you’re
running
or not.

WIZARD WORKOUTS for BUSY BODIES... Calling all NEWBIES & C25K-ers !
Good morning
running
people...! This is just a call-up for those folk who have not yet visited the Strength and Flex Forum... Whilst we are starting our
running
adventures on C25K, we may experience a few niggles and twinges, hopefully, not injuries.
