Hello to everyone!

I’m currently on week 5 and today is my second run. I usually run after work; I’m a mental health nurse and work 9-5pm. I find this helps me sleep better and makes me feel good. I have previously run for many years, having completed two half marathons. This is a return to running after a break 😃

Well done, I know what it's like trying to run alongside full time working, but it makes a big difference to how we feel 😀

Congratulations! I'm working full-time, too and usually run in the mornings, but as I'm trying to run longer I might start some after work runs.

I don't sleep well, so that might be a bonus for me.

Best!

I’m wondering if I might start getting up early again as I get fitter. I do remember how energising that was!

Welcome! So great that you have decided to embrace running again after the break. I do my running in the mornings because I start work later in the day. Always feel better for it though whatever the time.
